Frequently Asked Questions

Art Attack web & graphic design | sydney

Can I use my own printing or web hosting service?

Using your Own Printer

For print projects we design, you are welcome to use your own printer if you prefer. Please advise us at the start of your project and we can adjust our quote accordingly. Note that the print suppliers we use are of the highest quality and with our volume of work, we can give you a very competitive price.

If you do choose to use your own printer, we will ensure your files are print ready to the highest industry standards when sent to you, but you will need to coordinate your own print liason and Art Attack cannot be held responsible for the standard of the final printing.

Please note we do not generally do printing for print files we have not worked on ourselves as we cannot take responsiblity for their quality of production.

Using your Own Web Hosting Service

For hosting of websites, with the exception of our small business packages, you are welcome to arrange your own web hosting. Please advise us at the start of your project and we can adjust our quote accordingly.

For our small business packages, web hosting is built into the reduced up-front development costs so these sites cannot be hosted elsewhere for the first 12 months. After this time, you are free to move the site to your own hosting service if you prefer.

Note that different websites have different web hosting requirements depending upon what features you have and how the site is built, so please check with us that your web hosting service meets these requirements. For optimum reliability, we use only premium hosting based in Australia with a 99.8% uptime guarantee and suggest you consider a similar standard for your web hosting company, particularly if you are a business.

Note that if you use your own hosting company, although all files will be supplied to the highest industry standards when sent to you, you will need to coordinate your own hosting setup and Art Attack cannot be held responsible for any web hosting problems.
